• Mandy Anderson has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), recognizing her transformational leadership across sales and business development since joining the company in August 2024. Previously serving as Vice President of Revenue, Anderson’s role will expand to drive Parity’s go-to-market strategy, overseeing commercial sales, B2B marketing, and official community partnerships, fueling the company’s mission to amplify revenue opportunities for professional women athletes.
• Alana Casner has been promoted to Chief Operating & Athlete Officer (COAO), reflecting her pivotal role in building and stewarding Parity’s athlete community and client services since joining the company in 2021. In her new position, Casner will spearhead critical functions across the business, including client services, athlete relations, team sponsor consulting, and content and social media marketing. Casner will additionally continue to guide Parity’s ever-expanding athlete network, ensuring operational excellence and meaningful impact for athletes as the business grows.

Both executives will continue reporting to Parity CEO Leela Srinivasan and play central roles in advancing Parity’s mission to close the gender income gap in professional sports.
