April 22, 2026

All Women’s Sports Network (AWSN) and the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA), the world’s largest women’s professional tackle football organization, today announced a new three-year media distribution agreement that begins with live broadcasts of multiple league games on Saturday, May 9.

The live AWSN broadcast of WFA action on May 9 begins at 6:00 p.m. ET/3:00 p.m. PT when the D.C. Divas host the Pittsburgh Passion.

The WFA also announced that the 2026 season will include two new professional teams, the Salt Lake City Wildcats and the Cincinnati Cougars. “WFA’s first year of success on AWSN as well as the league’s overall development clearly signals that there is a growing demand for women’s tackle football,” said George Chung, CEO, AWSNSVG
