Hip‑hop icon Flavor Flav has announced “SHE Weekend” (Sports Hospitality & Entertainment), a four‑day Las Vegas festival running from July 16–19, 2026, dedicated to honoring women’s sports and U.S. Olympic and Paralympic medalists. What began as a social‑media–driven idea to celebrate the U.S. women’s hockey team’s gold at the 2026 Winter Olympics has expanded into a broader movement spotlighting women athletes across all disciplines.

The event, organized in partnership with MGM Resorts, will feature celebratory parties, fan meet‑and‑greets with Olympians, and networking opportunities for female athletes to connect with sponsors and raise visibility. Flav has also launched a GoFundMe campaign in support of female Team USA medal‑winners, which had already raised over $133,000 as of early May 2026, underscoring his stated goal of creating “real impact” beyond the weekend itself.
