July 29, 2025 /SPORTSWIRE WOMEN/ – Feisty Media announces the launch of a brand new women’s sports podcast, The Feist — covering the untold stories of your favorite sports with a fresh, feisty take.

From the Olympics to March Madness to the Tour de France Femmes, women’s sports are setting viewership and attendance records around the world. And it’s time for them to get the coverage and insight they deserve all year long.

Hosted by Kelly O’Mara and Sara Gross, the Feist is the only podcast covering everything from cycling to basketball to CrossFit. Episodes drop weekly on Thursday mornings and include:

Meet the hosts:

Feisty Media’s head of content, Kelly O’Mara is the former editor-in-chief of Triathlete Magazine, a long-time women’s sports journalist, and writes Feisty Media’s weekly women’s sports newsletter (also called The Feist).

Sara Gross is Feisty’s CEO and founder. She has a PhD in women’s history and is a 2x Ironman champion.

The two of them teamed up previously for Feisty’s well-received Olympics podcast, Croissants & Commentary, from the Paris Games.
