Stanford women’s soccer goalkeeper, captain Katie Meyer dies at 22; cause of death confirmed

Katie Meyer, Stanford women’s soccer goalkeeper and captain, died on Tuesday in a campus residence. Her death was “determined to be self-inflicted” by the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office.
