USA Women Set New World Record In Swimming Relay Final

Team USA — comprised of Regan Smith, Lily King, Gretchen Walsh and Torri Huske — finished with a time of 3:49.63, with Australia taking silver at 3:53.11 and China taking bronze at 3:53.23. Huske, Smith and Walsh all won gold together in the mixed 4×100-meter medley final. Huske and Walsh also finished 0.04 seconds apart for gold and silver, respectively, in the women’s 100-meter butterfly last Sunday (July 28).
