CTS Announces New Women’s Cycling Camp in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs, CO (November 4, 2025) /SPORTSWIRE WOMEN/ – Building on its 25-year history of providing world-class coaching and cycling camp experiences, CTS today announced the addition of a Femmes Road Cycling Camp to the 2026 CTS Cycling Camp Calendar. This road cycling training camp, scheduled for June 10-13 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, includes an iconic climb to the 14,115-foot summit of Pikes Peak and is designed for female riders of all levels who want to improve fitness, hone cycling skills for group riding, climbing, and descending.
“As women who love big days on the bike, we designed this training camp to be challenging and also so impeccably supported that every rider comes away with a sense of accomplishment, some new skills, and plenty of knowledge to improve their ongoing training,” said Coach Darcie Murphy.
This camp is an opportunity to learn from three of CTS’s most knowledgeable and accomplished female coaches. Coach Joanne Kiesanowski is a 3-time Olympian and 8-time New Zealand National Champion and was a Director Sportif for the Human Powered Health Pro Cycling Team. Coach Kelli Emmett raced professionally for 17 years and competed at National Championship, World Cup, and World Championships. Coach Darcie Murphy has been coaching cyclists and ultrarunners for more than 25 years.
Camp Highlights
- Ride through the scenic landscapes, including the majestic Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Cañon, Black Forest, and Pikes Peak (14,115 ft).
- Learn from professional coaches including Darcie Murphy, Kelli Emmett, and Joanne Kiesanowski.
- Comprehensive on-the-bike support including sag vehicles, professional mechanics, and nutrition & hydration products.
- Off-the-bike programming tailored to female athletes: expert training presentations, power file analysis, Q&A sessions, chef-prepared lunches & dinners, daily massages, and use of NormaTec recovery systems.
- Ride details: Daily mileage ranges approximately 40–65 miles and elevation gains from 4,000 to 7,600 feet.
