On Wednesday, ROXY will launch a new surf and snow collection with fashion designer Cynthia Rowley. As comfortable designing elaborately embroidered dresses as she is wetsuits, Rowley’s brand has always aimed for “pretty-meets-sporty” throughout its ready-to-wear, surf and swim and fitness lines.
