Title Nine and Caraway & Co. Launch TrailBlazeHer to Offer Woman-Led Brands Affordable Sales Representation

(June 5, 2025) /SPORTSWIRE WOMEN/ – Title Nine and Caraway & Co., a woman-owned outdoor and action sports sales agency, today announce the launch of TrailBlazeHer – a first-of-its-kind sales representation model designed to prioritize gender equity in the outdoor industry. In the program, reserved for women-owned businesses, Title Nine will subsidize the cost of hiring sales representation for emerging brands while Caraway & Co. will train female team members to exclusively support companies accepted into TrailBlazeHer.

“Our program addresses two crucial barriers to women in the outdoor industry – a gender imbalance in sales agencies and a shortage of affordable sales representative options,” said Title Nine Community Manager Lisa Gilliland. “Inspired by our network of female entrepreneurs, we joined forces with Caraway & Co. to build a vital bridge between women business owners and women sales reps. TrailBlazeHer strengthens both ends of the equation, which will ultimately create a more equitable and profitable economic environment.”

The goals of the TrailBlazeHer sales representatives are to fortify selected brands by growing wholesale performance, building crucial networks and attending industry trade shows. The woman-owned companies are chosen through a rigorous application process that requires demonstrated innovation and readiness for growth, including being a graduate of Title Nine’s Pitchfest Outdoor Edition.

In its inaugural year, the three woman-owned brands that will pilot TrailBlazeHer are Wild Rye, Stream2Sea and Alpine Fit.
